Objectives and Expected Outcomes of the Project:
As part of the project implementation, the introduction of an automated technology for selective and sequential heating in the production process of structural components is planned. This technology has been developed as a result of conducted R&D activities. The research efforts have enabled a reduction in production defects, energy consumption, and the execution time of technological operations. The development of new solutions will optimize the manufacturing process of special components.

Objectives and Expected Outcomes of the Project:
The aim of the project is to implement a new manufacturing technology for welded components, based on geometric feature recognition systems and balanced energy systems minimizing thermal stresses, developed by Wit-Metal.

Thanks to this investment, it will be possible to manufacture steel structures using an innovative method, which will be applied in the production of lifting equipment, cranes, other construction and transport machinery, as well as specialized vehicles, etc. During the production process of welded steel structures, thermal stresses will be significantly minimized, which will improve execution quality, and reduce energy consumption, production time, and overall costs.

Objectives and Expected Outcomes of the Project:
The objective of the project is to implement a new technology that will ensure optimal utilization of materials used in production and enhance the quality of the final product through the use of a specially designed defectoscopic testing station. This will help reduce the amount of waste and defective products generated in the production process.

The implementation of this project aims to counteract the low level of innovation within the company. The investment will strengthen ZPHU WIT-METAL Witold Matusiak both technologically and financially.

The adoption of the latest production solutions and innovative products will increase the company’s competitiveness and create a foundation for building a sustainable competitive advantage, not only domestically but also in international markets.
